Management Systems & Compliance

The Management Systems & Compliance dept. ensures First Suez Marine's compliance to the national and international legislative and regulatory requirements, and manages First Suez Marine's Integrated Management System (IMS). As well, the Management Systems & Compliance dept. provides oversight and management of all data management systems, First Suez Marine's platform for tracking and managing action plans. On a daily basis the Management Systems & Compliance dept. collaborates with other internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper functioning of all the systems and all of First Suez Marine's policies and procedures are clearly communicated. 

In addition to the above, Management Systems & Compliance is responsible for conducting internal QHSSE audits on vessels and shore facilities, and liaising with external statutory bodies, auditors and charterer's representatives to facilitate third party audits.
